Entry Form has several segments. It is necessary to fulfill all the segments of the Entry Form so we could select films with higher quality and do VAFI catalogue more efficiently. Also we need your contact information so we can send you acknowledgment and diploma if you won't be able to come in person to VAFI 3.

The last date to entry is 20^th January 2012 (both e-mail application and postal stamp will be considered) and films must arrive no later than 1^st February 2012 or the submission won’t be accepted.
