Sayoko Kinoshita (predsjednica žirija)
together with her partner Renzo Kinoshita, such as "Made in Japan"('72), "Japonese"('77), "Pica Don" ('78), "The Last Air Raid- Kumagaya"('93), "Ryukyu Okoku - Made in Okinawa" ('04) , receiving Grand Prix and many international prizes. Also, since late 1960s, she has been working for the development of animation art, including education, research and promotion, etc. In 1985, she founded the first international biennial competitive animation festival in Asia, in Hiroshima, endorsed by ASIFA (Association Internationale du Film d'Animation), and has been the Festival Director since then. Now, preparing for the 14th edition HIROSHIMA 2012, which will be held from August 23rd to 27th . Sayoko served President of ASIFA from 2006 to 2009. She is now Vice-President of ASIFA, President of ASIFA-Japan, Advisor to Japan Society of Animation Studies, Visiting Professor at Osaka University of Arts, Board of Joshibi University of Art and Design, President of Joshibi University of Art and Design Alumnae Association, President of Int'l Animation Library, President of Studio Lotus.
Miomir Rajčević
He has always been highly involved in working with young people (young directors, presenters and actors) specially producing many serials for young people. He has been involved in organizing many festivals and workshops for children and young people all over the world. He is member of CICT-UNESCO, CIFEJ (Board of Director Member, Canada), European Children's Television Centre (Founder, Greece) and others.
Simon Bogojević Narath
Since 1992. was a member of the Society of Croatian Artists.
In 1993 he started working in the field of 2D and 3D computer animation and design and worked for many production houses, and within the media group FX he realized the music videos aired on TV stations, MTV Europe, VIVA, MCM. Since 1997 he workes as art director in the production house Kenges, which is oriented to the film, video, animation, CGI and digital SFX. 2000-2002 he is a guest lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and at Art Academy in Split. He teaches about the video, new technologies and computer animation. He also works as an illustrator for the school book publishing house from Zagreb. He is one of the editors of TV show Videodrom. In 2003 he is Selector ana a member of the Jury at the International Festival of New Film in Split. In 2004 he is the Selector for the experimental film in the Days of Croatian Film, and a member of the Jury on the Review of Croatian film and video production. That same year became an assistant professor at the Art Academy in Split, where he teaches electronic animation. He is the artistic director of the Zagreb Film. His film “Flower of Battle” is in the Grand Competition of Animafest 2012. |

Miomir Rajčević, president of Media Education Centre has more than 30 years experience in filming and producing films for TV in several hundred projects covering documentaries, educational, theatrical, art and news reports, short and animated films.
Born in 1968. in Zagreb. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreband was dealing with experimental film, video and video installations since 1990. Since 1988 he participates in festivals and exhibitions in Croatia and abroad.
